It all started with a magical trip planned to explore the rich culture and vibrant landscapes of Vietnam. The journey began at the Indira Gandhi International Airport as we boarded the Vietnam Airlines flight that would whisk us away to the bustling city of Hanoi.

Day 1: Enchanting Hanoi

Our first day in Hanoi was a whirlwind of excitement and wonder. We visited the beautiful Ngoc Son Temple, nestled on a picturesque island in the heart of Hoan Kiem Lake. The serene atmosphere and stunning architecture left us in awe of Vietnam’s rich heritage.
As evening descended, we immersed ourselves in the traditional art of water puppetry at the Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre. The colorful puppets danced across the water, telling stories of Vietnam’s history and folklore in a mesmerizing display.

Day 2: Ha Long Bay Adventure

The next day saw us embarking on a spectacular cruise to Sung Sot Cave and Ti Top Island in Ha Long Bay. The emerald waters and towering limestone pillars created a breathtaking backdrop as we explored the natural wonders of this UNESCO World Heritage Site.
As the sun set over the bay, we returned to Hanoi, our hearts full of unforgettable memories and our cameras filled with stunning photographs.

Day 3: Discovering Hanoi

Our third day was dedicated to exploring the bustling streets of Hanoi on a guided city tour. From the historic Old Quarter to the majestic Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, we delved into the city’s rich history and vibrant culture.

Day 4: Tranquil Danang and Charming Hoi An

After a short flight to Danang, we checked into our hotel before heading to the enchanting Hoi An night market. The colorful lanterns and bustling stalls filled with local handicrafts offered a glimpse into the soul of this ancient town.

Day 5: Breathtaking Bana Hills

A full day excursion to Bana Hills awaited us, where we soared to the hill station on a thrilling cable car ride. The panoramic views of lush greenery and mist-shrouded peaks took our breath away.
After a wholesome Vietnamese lunch, we strolled along the Han riverside, soaking in the beauty of the city before dining at the iconic Cong Caphe.

Day 6: Vibrant Ho Chi Minh City

A short flight brought us to the vibrant city of Ho Chi Minh, where we embarked on an evening exploration aboard a double-decker tourist bus. The bustling streets and glittering lights showcased the city’s dynamic energy and rich history.

Day 7: Historical Excursion

Our seventh day was dedicated to exploring the historic Chu Chi Tunnels, where we learned about Vietnam’s tumultuous past and marveled at the ingenuity of the Vietnamese people. The evening was spent indulging in the diverse flavors of local cuisine, a feast for the senses.

Day 8: Farewell, Vietnam

As we bid farewell to Vietnam and boarded our flight back to New Delhi, our hearts were filled with gratitude for the unforgettable experiences and lasting memories we had created. Vietnam had stolen a piece of our hearts, promising to remain forever etched in our minds as a land of beauty, culture, and enchantment.
